Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Moti Slack App ("App"), provided by Moti ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Description of Service

The App is designed to allow users to answer questions within Slack on a weekly basis, which are then shared with their team for purposes of engagement, knowledge sharing, and team building.

User Data and Privacy

1. Collection of Data: The App collects responses to questions posed within the Slack environment, including any text or images submitted by users.
2. Use of Data: The data collected by the App is solely for the purpose of facilitating the sharing of user responses with their team within Slack. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
4. Data Security: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
5. Data Retention: We retain the collected data for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the team and delete it thereafter, except as required by law.

User Content and Liability

1. User-Generated Content: Users of the App may submit content, including text and images, as part of using the App ("User Content"). You acknowledge and agree that User Content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such User Content originated. We do not control and are not responsible for User Content provided by you or any third party.
2. No Liability for User Content: Moti is not liable for any errors or omissions in any User Content, nor for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any User Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the App. You agree that we shall not be liable for any User Content that is deemed to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. The responsibility for ensuring that any User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations falls entirely on the user who posts such content.
3. Right to Remove or Disable Access: We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that is available via the App for any reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of Moti violates these Terms, is offensive, illegal, or may violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. Moti reserves the right to take any action against any User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such User Content violates the Terms, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the App or the public, or could create liability for Moti.
4. User Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moti, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the App using your account.

License Grant

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to collect, use, and share your data in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the App.
2. Content: You are responsible for the content of your responses and agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You agree to review the Terms regularly to be aware of such modifications. Your continued use of the App after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Effective Date
